Nice thread i must admit though, its all impossible for me because:
1) Not in any Private Trackers since being banned from Bitnation for being scared to seed =(
2) None of my friends use Bittorrents to download stuff so im kinda in a corner atm

Will follow the advice though, maybe i will have some luck

I'm looking for an invite for a private tracker that's focus is high quality DVD-R. I'm also interested in some of the HD sites. I have nothing to trade (demonoid doesn't really count does it.) However, since I go to school 5 days out of the week plus time spent sleeping I'm always seeding. I used Demonoid off and on for a few months and kept a good ratio.

Right now I'm going to try to find some private trackers that are open for registration and get really good ratios on those sites. That seems like the best way to get private tracker invites.

Ive been in blackcats for a long time and trying to get a more general private tracker like torrentleech. Got an invite to trade. Just waiting it out till i can trade it here.

Great post, I'm not new to BT, but I'm very new to the private tracker scene. I've always used things like thepiratebay or mininova and while those work just great for movies, they stink on downloading PC, 360 games. I'm not gonna ask for an invite because that seems like something that will be frowned upon though I would take one if offered, what I will ask for though is help on how to get started with private trackers...where do I need to go first any and all help will be appreciated Thanks.

there's an open signup thread here on ZP, find it, read the first few posts there, and follow up on any new posts there. it doesn't get any easier. you get in private sites and never have to beg for any invites.

EDIT: oh, and go fuck yourself :devil2. nothing personal you understand, but i had to say something evil on my 666th post :D

i've seen some of the best intentioned threads degrade into invite begging cess pools, if you get this stickied you should consider getting it locked too. it's sticky worthy IMO

and here i thought i actually had to upload like 100GB worth of videos that i ripped. good thing this is actually a seed to download ratio. pardon the ignorance im new to this hehe.

so i can actually go to piratebay download a movie and upload it to 1 private tracker site and then download 1 from there and just continue seeding and i should be good?

By the time a movie shows up on a public tracker and you've managed to download it, it's old news on a private tracker and there aren't very many leechers. You'd have to seed it for a long, long time on some good trackers.

Yes what napho said, but by that time the swarm on the private tracker would die so it would be better to get it from a lesser private tracker. I don't normally do this except to get bonus points for seeding without wasting ratio.
