    You can try Demonoid, it's got 1000s of documentaries. Just go search Category : Movies, Subcategory: Documentary.

    bitme and kg for some older stuff. there's also bitmetv, but getting into that is a challenge on its own...

    BitMe and MVGroup are the sites I favor for documentaries.
    I'm not sure about BitMeTV. I was told it was British Tele, so declined the offer.
