Unless I'm mistaken, you just want to shorten the file name- and maybe remove any strange characters.
That's it alright. I think the characters are ok, but that path needs to be shortened.
Oh, also, besides the file name, it might help to shorten the path as well. Windows has a maximum character length for the path + filename. Some abbreviation might help. Second could easily be 2nd. You could also go with last names as well.
The path where your file will be dl is too long, change the folder.
