Private trackers always open sign up

It's really hard to tell which sites are always open. I've signed up for sites that I thought were going to be open indefinitely, only to hear a month or so later that they've closed for sign-ups. You see the same site in the open sigh-up thread a few weeks later, but, without some detective work, there's no way of knowing whether or not the site was open the whole time or closed and then re-opened.

not all open up just some and you have to be fast i check every day sometimes i get lucky
