    Ultimate Guide for PvP Warriors

    Ultimate Guide for PvP Warriors
Firstly, let me tell a few things about myself, just so you will know who wrote this guide.

I used to play an Orc Warrior on realm Trollbane (and Bloodscalp before), named Dreasus.

Since I?ve started playing World of Warcraft I was with this character, when I?ve quitted

the game (16th of May) I had around 230 played days with it. Before The Burning Crusade I

was focusing on PvE, let?s say with fair progress; I?ve obtained a Thunderfury (cool story,

    I was waiting eleven months between the two bindings, cleared MC nearly every single week);

Cleared 60% of Naxxramas ? and basically, I was Protection talented since I?ve started, even

over the levelling progress. After the expansion came out and I?ve reached level 70, because

of different reasons, I?ve started to focus on PvP. I?ve seen far more challenge in that

(that?s because I?m egoist and I?ve nearly felt like I?ve maximized my skills as a PvE

Warrior), and actually this is the short story of why my highest lifetime PvP rank is

Centurion (kekbur), why I?ve obtained only 45k Honorable Kill, and so on and so on. But

after I?ve switched to PvP totally, I started to work out what I had to, and I must admit,

really successfully. However, I know this all doesn?t sound like I?m someone who knows how

to play the class, but trust me, all the time I was playing the game my goal was to bring to

perfection my knowledge about the class, and I was on the right way. The reason I?ve quitted

by the way is a bit funny, but for real just pathethic; had to switch to another internet

connection, what is let?s say, not really the best for playing an MMO game. I thought I?m

not going to return, but the thing I?ve left some unfinished business is forcing me to, so

I?m planning it. If everything goes right it will happen somewhere in September. That?s it

about myself, let?s focus on the guide now. wow gold

The most imoportant thing is, you are going to ready my; experiences; opinions; advices ?

and I?ve formed these by playing closely two years with the class, watched all the

„somewhat? movies (and by that I mean all those Warriors? movies who knew how to play, and

the ones who knew how to make a good movieâ?brvbar;), discussed with some of the well known

players. This guide is for everyone who is a bit interested in PvP as a Warrior, if you are

switching to PvP, if you are levelling and planning to do it, even if you are the most

experienced player all over ? if you get just one, tiny idea of my guide, what?s changing a

meaningless detail in your playstyle, I can say I succeed.

    < 1. Way of making a PvP Warrior >
In this phase I?m going to share some important thoughts to understand the following guide.

To have the most viable character, you must know what you want. It means you have to be

thoughtful, you must have a vision about how you want your character to look, you must have

a plan. And that?s for all the aspects I?m going to talk about later, the way of spending

your talent points, the way you gear up your character and the way you play the class.

    < 1.1 Some basic thoughts >
You are planning to be good. Be better than a lot. If you are really up for that, you must

have some kind of learning-attitude. The thing is, you must know the reason of every single

thing happens to you while PvPing. It means, if you lose a fight, you can?t be „wtfomg?, you

need to find out all the things made you lose. It can be anything, a lucky critical attack,

a missed Hamstring at the worst time, etc. Naturally you are not about to find excuses,

these are the reasons. And of course, if you win a fight easily, again, you should not be

„ezmode, next? until you don?t realise the true reasons of your win. Too serious gear

difference? A perfectly timed Pummel? The thing is; be objective, so you will know how can

    you be better.
    wow tips

    < 1.2 Finding your own style >
As I wrote above, you must have a plan about your character. This plan can be changed of

course, if you don?t like the results, the thing is that you must find out how you play,

what makes you (!) win, why do you (!) enjoy playing Warrior. It?s only about personal

attributes, not about the class. I was thinking hardly to bring this categorizing into the

guide or not, but I think it?s necessary. You have to know that, it?s not like one day I?ve

decided that „hm, from now on I change my playstyle to survival?, these are the categories

of the „unsaid? ways of making your PvP Warrior. These are the basics of the talents, the

different types of gear, etc. Now read this phase (1.2) again, and after that start with the

    categories;
    world of warcraft tips

Offensive: If you think you fit this group, you are the type of players who enjoy the insane

critical damages, the „oneshots?. You win because you annihilate your enemies, your goal is

always to maximize your damage, because your main opinion is you can only win if you kill

your enemy faster than he does it to you. Fair.

Survival: The other side of the coin, you are the last man standing on the battlefield, your

enemies feel like you can?t be killed and that?s what you build your tactic on. If you think

your style is Survival, you?re trying to minimize the incoming damage, and trying to raise

the self-healing, defensive abilites, and the way you want to win your fights is to outlive

    everyone.

Defensive: The third, smallest category. Basically it?s not that meaningful like the first

two, this is for those who are (because any reasons) hardly preferring to PvP as Protection

talented. And if you are like that, you must wear the gear to fit that, what is not the best

for PvP. However, I?m going to speak about this later either.
Not hard to find out, noone is just Offensive or just Survival. These are the main lines,

and in some ways every Warrior fits them. The thing is, I repeat myself, you have to be

thoughtful. You must find out how you win, or how would you like to win. And that?s what you

start out with, you are going to base your Talents, the way of Gearing up, etc on these two

    (three) categories.

    < 1.3 The golden mean >
I?m not going to concretise too deeply yet, because I have the different phases for those,

I?m not speaking about the importance of Resilience yet (what is one of the main-essences of

Survival style), and so on. But I?m going to tell some examples so you know what I mean by

finding the golden mean for your Warrior.
In the old times those ruled PvP who got the best PvE items, you could fairly do nothing

with the (High) Warlord Gear. Now it?s different, the static PvP items are simply the best

if you are about to do PvP (as always there are exceptions, there are some insanely nice

items from instances what gives you all attributes needed for PvP, and the rings/trinkets

can be „easily? better than the PvP rewards, if you are not a fan of Resilience).
So today, you only wear PvE items for PvP if you are so Offensive type player, because

around 90% percent of them don?t meet the criteries of a „good PvP item? as it lives in the

common language (so no Stamina, no Resilience, in some cases low Armor). However, the goal

is to balance your character, if you want to be succesful in PvP. And that does not mean you

should not wear PvE drops, it?s only about that most of them (understandable) are developed

    for PvE.
Balance. You arrange the equipment you aiming for (better if you don?t think on Illidan

items if you are not even in a guild and stuff), and you work out how you have to upgrade

them. That?s right, because with the sockets you have two ways of forming your gear, the way

you enchant it and fill it with gems. I?m not going to say what?s good and acceptable for

warriors, because it depends on the gear you can get, but you feel what you have to upgrade.

If you have 12k Health Points and 20% chance to land a critical blow, with around 1000

Attack Power, you are not surely willing to enchant and socket your gear with all along the

Stamina ones. A raw and simple example, but demonstrates my point I think.
So as a summary; You must have a style, you must know how you want to build up, manage your

character, but you can?t put everything in it, for simple reasons.

    < 1.4 Why? >
Why can?t you just wear the static PvP items with fully stamina gems/enchants? If you want

to win against Mages (for example, I?m not going to care with concrete classes, because

that?s another story) it?s truly a good idea. But when you have to fight a Shadow Priest, he

won?t go OOM, your Second Wind will not save you, and so on. That?s why you must balance

fairly your character, thoughtfully, and wisely. I just repeat myself, but it?s so

important, your goal is not to be good in everything, you want to be good in the way you

play keeping that in mind you can?t be too one-sided.
As an example, you can check my profile, if it?s still able to, though as I?ve said, I

haven?t played since 16th of May and I was just building my gear waiting for patch 2.1,

missing a lot of items (mostly honor rewards, which prices? got normalised).

    < 1.5 A long way >
It?s a long way to find all these things. To find the best way to build your Warrior. But

over the way you are experiencing a lot, learning a lot, and the results should be fairly

known: you?re playing your class better time by time. Don?t forget that, if you want to rule

the others, you have to be thoughtful in every aspect of building your character.
