reputation comes from people, not posts. If you make good posts, people will give you rep. If you make spam and annoying posts, you will get negative rep.
Keep posting good stuff and you will get rep.

Search for the answer, don't make worthless, new topics that are the same questions that others have asked over-and-over again.
