Anyone else here an Entourage fan?
If you have been watching you know that they have been involved with a film on the show called Medellin which is the story of Pablo Escobar, the famous drug lord. I would love to see a movie about Escobar. Im really wondering if they are gonna make or have already made this movie. It already has its own website up and running - http://www.medellinthefilm.com/ (hit cancel a few times when it asks for a password, it works) and a good clip on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGqHhsiFkTU
Im wondering, is this project really real? Does anyone know? As the website uses the Entourage shows character names in the credits im almost certain its only a gag but they sure have put alot of effort into this one. Can it only be a matter of time before it actually gets made? I think more people than just me want this project to happen.
Hard as ever and here to make you people believe...as long as there is one person to hold hope and dream...A GOD...will never die!
Big butts rule :)
I don't think this movie will ever get made, but I'd certainly go and see it if it did.
I love this show......to bad its 30 minute show. Thanks for the post.
I dont see why a movie about Pablo Escobar couldnt be made. Blow is the only movie that even comes close and that movie rocked!

Entourage has to be one of the best shows on TV. I particularly like the way Vince is quite characterless next to the others in the show(*especially* Drama and Ari). It allows us all to project ourselves on to Vince I guess. For 20-odd minutes I'm a very happy man!
There were a couple of episodes where their old buddy who'd just got out of prison came to visit that were pretty shite. But I guess seeing how the old buddy ruined the characters 'feel-good factor' it just affected me in the same way!

Spacefocus- You got that right. HBO doesnt even have commercials
I've been thinking a little about Entourage's target demographic lately. The core audience is probably Caucasian/straight/male/15-35, right?
No, but I was a freaking John from Cincinnati fan and just realized my show was canceled which brings me to the question of core audience.
WTH is wrong w...
erm... I'll vent elsewhere.

Anybody catch Entourage this week? Wow!!! Talk about an entertaining 30 minutes...
Didn't like John from Cincinnati, but I also agree that Entourage is hilarious
Did you guys like how this season ended? I thought it was kind of disappointing. Other than the movie taking a dive at Canne it really didn't leave me hanging waiting for next season.
I agree with the OP in this thread. When I first started seeing the clips about Medellin earlier this season I thought that it was going to be a real movie. It sure as hell looked like it was.
Damn, that was the last show of the season? Now that I'm watching shows episode by episode, I'm a bit out of touch with the schedule. When I used to watch them on DVD, there were no surprises.
I thought it kicked some serious ass. For 32 minutes I was completely enraptured. I even thought some of the shots of Canne felt especially inspired.
As far as the lack of a cliffhanger goes... I respect shows that avoid the cliffhanger route. I'd much rather see a kick ass episode than be wondering what's going to happen next.
These days, by the time I really get excited about a show and start looking forward to it, the quality invariably drops a little bit and I'm left disappointed. Not with Entourage. Episode after episode, season after season, they keep bringing it.
