any fellow eve-online players?
if you havent given this game a go your missing out. Game is a very sophisticated space flight mmorpg.
PVP concept is like nothing else out there. No other game can get my adrenaline going like this one can. Its real pvp, you get blown up, no resurrection, your ship is gone!!!
It can be a little bit overwhelming at first, took me 2 days to do the tutorial and there is alot to learn but its totally worth it.
Game is not about grinding, its about playing smart. Its definitely the best video game ive played!!!
That game sucks, and there is a grind, its not EXP grinding, but you will be grinding everything else.
The company that runs it is horrible too, developers have been caught once cheating and giving stuff to a select corporations in the game. Corporations are what they call guilds.
And if you ever quit Eve is notorious for trying to charge you for service after canceling your account so if you ever do decide to quit, go in and zero out your credit card information because they do not give you a option to remove your credit card information from their system.
The whole passive skill gain really put me off to eve online. "Set it and forget it" doesn't seem like a fun way to play an mmorpg. Though, Idle RPG is pretty awesome.
I used to play a year ago for a couple months. I liked the concept of passive skill gain, but the fact that it took me a week to get my first million ISK, only to find out that a mid-level ship costs around a billion was disheartening and I quit.
I will give credit to the company though, I've never had any problem with their billing system.
