    'MSWINSCK.OCX' is missing!!

    hi all...juz install kazaa cheater v1.3 and was when clicking on the application...it says...

    Component 'MSWINSCK.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered.: a file is missing or invalid

    why is it so? how to get the missing link back? pls advise..tanks~
