What private trackers are you a member of?

This is like a measuring stick? I dont understand the question honestly. When you find a great tracker then would ultimately come down to what your looking for and what the tracker is missing. It seems that due to all these new ways of getting invites, its more of who can collect the most rather than use. My question would be, how many private trackers do you have with at least 1 TB of data use on them.

I'm not sturing the pot but lately its a mere trophy with dust on it. Which ones are you breaking out the polisher and shining, working the forums, and donating to the servers? And by donating, not to lift restrictions but to aid the site in usage fees.

My signature below is outdated because of two seedboxes running and new sites that I am going to wake up tomorrow and read on the freak that mininova went invitation only and it will be a sad day.

I take a look at some of these private sites that are nothing more than stolen torrents from "real", true, polished sites, or just rebagged then in utorrent maker.

So whats my point? Its not how many you own but what you actually use... everything else is merely for just a yardstick. It just eats up the quota of 10,000 members. Some sites have boasted thousands of torrents yet the only person seeding them is the admin himself. That is what we have created.

How do you guys join so many torrent sites? It looks like registration is closed most of the time, and even when it's open you need an invite.

I was lucky enough to join Torrent-Damage a little over 4 years ago when registration was open and have been using that and public trackers since. I'd really like some more hd movies though so I want to get into SceneHD, HDBits, or something but it just doesn't seem likely. Any advice or tips for getting invites/memberships?

I usual shoot down beggers or traders of invites because itis a big NO NO here, but I must take my hat of to you.

You never asked for one out right but you got your message across and stayed with in the rules.

I applaud you sir. Know for the bad news. I have no invites for that site or would have given you one for that nice job leagl run around.
I can tell that a few pages back on this thread one of the mods posted a sited that had the list of daamn near a thousand private sites and it gave their status of have open or closed sign ups.

I agree with Nirro about the tracker envy. There are threads rating similar sites against each other, such as TVTorrents and BitMeTV. As of now I've only got two trackers that I'm using consistently: TVTorrents and XBox-Sky.

I prefer the content specific sites to the more general. TVTorrents is really good at having shows and users seeding old content when requested. XBox-Sky maxed out my connections download speed on Halo 3 (Older but popular).

I'm a member of other private trackers, but I never use them. At the moment I'm looking for dedicated and good music and dvd trackers. If I ever hear of, or get an invite to something better, that is content specific I will try to join that and leave the old trackers behind. If and only if a tracker has the content I want (Reseeds and New) will I use, I don't care if its FTN.

kg i heard is all myth & little substance....many rare movies but only one/few seeds & slooooow speeds...would love someone to prove me wrong :)
