Could you be more specific? I have no idea what you're referring to.
17 USC § 1008 Prohibition on certain infringement actions:
No action may be brought under this title alleging infringement of copyright based on the noncommercial use by a consumer for making digital musical or analog musical recordings.

in general I would say most scene releases are rushed too much. I see far more nukes/propers now then I ever did in the past. These groups need to start focusing more on quality and less on being first out with something. This way they can be the first to release something that is not nuked, instead of just first.

    My 2 cents

Definately ainīt like it used to be ... deteriorating rapidly imo ... its all about the race...
nuke or be nuked... bad AR, bad ivtc , out of sync , mislabelled TS/TC , repack, proper,
real proper ... just to name afew. If you gonna do a job, take the time to do it properly !
Appreciate all the work been done behind the scenes ... despite the negative setbacks !

I think they are a good thing for us file sharers, not so good for the artist and record label...

I'd take a properly ripped CD with log and cue from the average home user over any scene release.
A couple of sites I've been working on if you're interested http://www.howtogetfaster.co.uk, [url]http://www.documentaries.me.uk[url] and a new startup http://thelocalseo.co
