    Lossless music on VIPmusic.org

Hi, I was just wondering, before I pursue getting an invite there, is VIPmusic.org a good place to go for lossless music, or is it mostly .mp3's there.

Also, as long as I have you here, is scenetorrents mostly music or movies?

VIP music specialise in "Scene" releases.

Most groups release using the lame presets V2 / APS (MP3). There are a couple of lossless release groups out there, but I've personally yet to come across them.

Check Pedros out for pure lossless goodness (Hope you don't like hip hop though :P )

I can't answer for scenetorrents, but again it'll be whatever scene releases are out that week. Check www.nforce.nl which will give you an idea of the content if you're curious.
A couple of sites I've been working on if you're interested http://www.howtogetfaster.co.uk, [url]http://www.documentaries.me.uk[url] and a new startup http://thelocalseo.co

Scenetorrents is not good for music. Only scene music releases are on ScT. For lossless music, you have oink and btmusic.

Actually they allow Hip Hop again on a trial basis, but if too many Hip Hop releases end up there they ban it again.

But seriously. Lossless Hip Hop :drunken_s

btmusic only has very high quality flac not the largest selection but if they have it the quality of the rip will be the best.

Never thought the Pedro's site lay out was bad now that I finally got into Oink they have a very good selection of flac however you need to be carefull I have been told there has been some lossless that were transcoded from a lossy format discovered their before I would make sure there is a cue and log file in any lossless download from Oink to be safe. But the size of there lossless collection is much larger than Pedro's but if you can find it on Pedro's you can be sure it will be exactly what they claim all uploads are required to have logs and cues and be from original discs only.
