One of your mods is openly trolling the forums. Maybe that's not a behaviour that should be encouraged.
Seph was removed for less. He was obstinate and headstrong, but I don't ever remember him using his signature or writing poetry to attack members.
Neither of letstrade and lookingfortrades seem to have that problem if you're thinking that there's nobody else to head your bt stuff. Not suggesting you should replace this guy, but maybe you could sit him down and explain that his position requires a little decorum.
If you're deeply appreciative of my bitching, I'll point out that according to the bt thread pamela69 is still a mod. She appears to have banned someone here for calling her boring.
I asked about that a few weeks ago in feedback but I can't seem to find the thread anymore.

for 2 weeks....he has now come back to us and he's a number one Trader
