Template updates

I have updated a few of the templates, so if you run into 404 errors let me know.

Most of the updates are to the thread view.

Also the character count has been increased to 30 when making a reply.

If I'm in a thread and attempt to login I get a 404 each time.

I have to go to the forum index to login.

Mod link doesn't work from threads. It does work from viewing the forum index, user profiles and the New Posts page.

I've found I can't vote on polls without getting a 404.

polls are not editable, while trying to view who voted for the polls also conjures up error

When I get the pop up saying I have a PM... I click that I don't want to view it in this window (because it gets blocked).... then the next question... whatever it is......... something about viewing in a diff. window? Maybe? Whatever, that's what it does.... it opens a new tab for me.... but I get the Oops page.
