Hey guys, i have been reading up on ports and stuff and still a little confused

I have followed a few guides on here and had a look on portforward but they dont really tell you what ports to open for bitcomet, i think i have a Dynamic Ip, i know my ip and i know how to get to my network properties to add this in

Could you tell me what port to open for this, there are two boxes, internal port number, external port number and then tcp and udp.

My port no. on bitcomet is 22786

I have a Dlink rourter and just want to speed up my dl speed.

Any help would be great.
