What I don't understand from the unveiling of the iphone is the part were they comment they have the patent for the multipoint touch screen. But if I am not mistaken numerous companies have lcd monitors with that ability as well nintendo recently made a patent on one. So does apple really have the rights or are they just using similar technology that will be highly replicated.
