    cant be arsed i download almos t constantly so i let it run in the background on a loop so i never see it

    Pars are a life saviour. Sometimes depending on the amount of data to be recovered it can take a while. My Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz @ 3.2Ghz and my SATA II HDD really don't take long anymore. It used to take forever to recover data when I was on my P4 3Ghz. I use Quickpar as well.

    I regularly used to see quickpar verification and repair times in excess of one hour. Now, I use the PAR tool that comes with SuperNZB and that is MUCH faster. I probably have Quickpar set up wrong, but since I most of my USENET downloads using NZB files, I don't need Quickpar much any more.
