plz help: installing problem

when finished w/install i had to enter a serial number but when i did it came up w/this
Error loading C:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Shared Files\Pixie\HelperDLL.dll, code=126
then when i clicked ok on that it said this
The Serial Number you entered is not valid

but the serial number worked fine on this computer, i have to install it on my laptop but it always has this problem. is it a diff. serial number for other computers?

Make sure you have the right serial. I had this happen before with pinnacle. I was trying the serial on the box, which was different from the serial on the CD. I ended up getting rid of their garbage TV tuner crap!

i do, i know i do i entered the one given and.the one on this comp. wont work on the other.
