burning bin and cue files

hi,i recently downloaded a file that is bin and cue.ive never tried burning one before,could someone explain it to meor maybe give me a link that would help explain it,thanks

Open Nero, cancel "New Compilation" screen, then select "recorder" tab, choose "burn image" and browse to the cue file.
