    Help Windows Boot Disk Failure

I just bought a brand new 64bit computer and have only had it for three weeks. This morning I woke up and my computer is displaying the message "Book disk failure , insert system disk and press enter." I am right now able to run the computer from booting from the Windows Media Center disk, but when it is not in I get the same message. Can any computer savy soul tell me either how to fix this or just do a clean install of Windows Media Center?

Nevermind guys got it working. It turns out that my motherboard had just reversed the sequence of which hard drive to boot.
