Isnt it okay to sell a MODDED Xbox, or is it the actual Modding thats illegal?

BTW , is it a soft or hard MOD? (added HDD or not)

I think I jumped the gun a little. I just ordered the mod-chip.

Guess I'll let you know when it's done, my friend has modded MANY xboxs.
