Isnt this just the same technology cops use for bait cars??? I still think a device should be made that if the car is started without the key a huge dose of electricity is ran through the steering wheel.

Also dont immobilizers work just fine to prevent car theft

Since I am the only one who is driving, and a carjacking can only occur when a vehicle is occupied, then I am all the eyes my .45 needs.

I liked the suggestion about having the car explode except it ruins the car . What about a lethal jolt of electricity to the carjacker or the release of a deadly virus that only lasts long enough to infect the carjacker ?

a bomb (although that may cause masssive collateral damage), or a tazer of some type.

Maybe super glue that dries extremely fast...
