    Exclamation hi..winmx,downloads wont restart

    im new here so go easy on me......
    this lil piggy went to market............oops....:drunken_s wrong time 4 dat
    ok.....i just got winmx...ive had limewire & kazaa before (i hate them now)
    but my problem with winmx is:if im downloading something,then i shutdown winmx,close me puti,then later when i start up again,my downloads wont start up again,or wont even try to start the downloads again.im left with half downloaded product.. :icon_scra
    i know ill get help in this forum coz u r all lovely ,caring people

    have you try to uninstall and reinstall your winmx?

    Either theres a big line of people ahead of you for the file, the user or users gone off line.. Or you just need to quit shutting it down. Clients like this need for you to keep them up and running incase users leave or no longer to connect.

    I don't know about your WinMX setup, but it's possible when you close WinMX those files got courrpted. In this case go to the following site for their guides & tools! Personally, I've not use WinMX for ages, this is about as far as I can help.

    sometimes if you reinstall or download the incomplete files from disk they wil not even load into winmx. you may need to retry from scratch.
