First and foremost, a PC cannot open/read a Mac file format! I've tried...But if your looking to just beable to burn the file to a cd/dvd in order to install it onto a Mac system, then just use burn the iso file. You can use this program DeepBurner! It's Free and works just fine. I've had this issue before and could not find any PC programs that would open the converted dmg file/ISO file on a PC. But after burning the iso image the Mac GBook read the disk just fine!

    Just choose the free version

Burning a .dmg is one issue, running it on a PC is another.

Getting it to burn is not a big issue. To run it, you will need a Mac.

It's a bummer but true. Sorry.
