i got an old 64mb sdram 15 gb 667 mzh computer i wanna let my little sister learn on. can i stick a 512 ram stick in there? would the comp handle it?
"Hands down your pants"
You can stick any size RAM in there as long as it matches the type, in this case it's SD. The stuff is easily still available. Also be careful about makers of the RAM too, check the specifications on the makers site as to which vendors are compatible. Problems can occur if the maker is not on that list (Tip for Krell)
Do you know what motherboard that is? I wonder if its too old to support DDR ram. Then again I think it just clocks it down if the mem is too fast for the board.
