I've been to Summerfest every year since 1988.

Very nice way to see Milwaukee for the first time too... it's bigger and better than any other fest around, including Chicago.

Are you going this year Potato?

If I had money, I'd go.
When are you going/who are you seeing?

Milwaukee's close, so a lot of times I go more than once. Sometime I go see bands that my friends play in (they get the matinee slots on the slow stages :) but most of the time I just show up and see whoever.

I usually just end up in the premium beer tent for quite some time. Just an excellent place to hang out and catch up with friends, I run into a lot of people I know, and it's just a great environment right on the shores of Lake Michigan.

I recommend anyone within 300 miles to make a go of it. It's only like $12 to get in too.
