if i install latest version of kazaa will it delete my shared folder
as it asks if i want to replace old version ,i have files backed up
but have quite a few partials on a 56k everthings precious.
to be sure, just copy everything enywhere else.
After the installation, put everything back in my shared folder
When you make a backup of your partials MAKE damn sure when you put them back....that they go in the same exact folder they came from an set the new version of Kazaa to download to that folder. If you don't you may lose your downloads when they complete.
So just for saftey's sake make a new txt doc an write down the exact path an folder name/s of the .dat files you back up so you can move them right back.....I've learned this the hard way LOL
