bearshare + 17

hi, does anyone know why my bearshare only connects to a maximum of 17 downloads at a time with a maximum of 9 per file, e.g. 2 files = 9+8, 3 files 9+5+3 etc, ta

You or some of them may be behind a firewall or your ISP may not be fast enough to handle the extra connections.. maybe flooding. Are you using windows xp sp2?
