I just downloaded the subs for it, the subs it go to is a DIVX of it. Is that the one you have? Or could that work?.

I thought it was just ok. Fairly interesting if you've seen the film and want to see a prequel, but not interesting to anyone who has not seen Ichi The Kiler.

I think theres a live action version of the anime called Ichi 1. It stars the same actor who played Ichi in Takashi Miike's film, but its not directed by Takashi Miike and is supposed to be very poor.
