sharaza lot of memry usuage?

every time i open up sharaza my computer start to slow down tremendously, anyone with same problem.

Are you sharing a ton of files? Downloading a ton of files at a time? I would check on that and then try a possible upgrade/reinstall of the program.

I have had the same problem with Shareaza, but thats because using it through a SOCKS proxy which does all sorts of weird stuff to Shareaza (wish they had native SOCKS:icon_scra).

Make sure that you have the correct connection speed setup, setting your connection speed too high will slow down Shareaza a lot. Share up to 500 files max, sharing more will increase the memory usage. If you have Windows XP SP2, apply the connection TCPIP.SYS patch. Because Windows will use more memory trying to connect to. ...we also don't know megaman12's system specs either it may not have alot of ram, or be a slower processor.
