Slow torrent download speeds

Hi im getting a slow torrent download and the download speed usually is 1 kb/s and I get 6kb/s max and my upload speed is usually 8 kb/s and 12 kb/s max upload speed
I followed all the instructions for improving torrent speed and I know that my ISP is blocking torrent traffic but I used the encryption bt traffic to solve it but the problem now is that my download aint that fast
I use Azureus latest version and I did all the port forward and disabled the UPnp but I still cant get green smily face all I get is yellow face and I am downloading from 7 seeds and 1 peers

Anyone here please help?????????????????????????

Sometimes P2P encryption does not work. How many seeders does the torrent have?

7 seeds isn't a whole lot.

Encryption only works if the other seeds are also encrypted.

If your upload is normally 8-12k you probably can't get more than like 30k down right?

Jump on another torrent with 50+ seeds and see how you do.

I just played with the upload speed and download speed and it did work but still not that great speed and I used the encrypted option but its not that good because I tried to use without encryption and I got green smily and i setted the port number to 52000 and I did the port forward and sometimes i get speed to 28 kb/s but I think my ISP already knows that im using torrent so they can still block it because the speed was suddenly went to 5 and 1 and then I changed it to encryption the status changed to yellow and the max is 10 kb/s and usually goes to 4 and 5
btw I heard that there is a program that hides from ISP telling them that im not using torrent and it uses http traffic and I think it uses proxy so can anyone please tell me that program name and please tell me how to use it???

7 seeds on private sites, speeds get me around 150kbs. IT could be two things. They are behind a firewall or throttled their upload speed to you.

HI I'm new here and need help downloading. I am seeing it say it has started, but when looking into the diffrent ports. I've noticed nothing is moving. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!
