M4A to MP3 Same FileSize

Ok I am using iTunes and I have about 657 128Kbit M4A's and the rest are 128-320kbit MP3's. I want to start Using all MP3 as the rest of my library is that but I can't seem to keep the filesize of the M4A's the same as the newly encoded MP3's even at the same Kbit.

Help?

you use dbamp music converter?? You wont get any good quality from doing it. Just redownload all the albums to mp3 or what ever you like.
