nCASE is known spyware, you can clear it out using Ad-Aware.

yeah... spyware or adware.... looks like webiste(s) of a sort.... maybe an ad server.
Yup, spyware. Rid yourself of it with adaware like everyone says. An for an extra touch make a new file - rename it to Ncase without any extension an delete the Ncase folder. Replace it with the dummy file. An just for extra protection make the Ncase file read only. Now there program can't write to it an theres nothing to read.

my dear friends, Im sure we can all figure out this is spyware related given the text in it, but I run adaware daily and it has never detected nor deleted the n-case folder..so no, adaware doesnt do it..also I would like to know where I got this particular kind of spyware as it can only be KLITE, SMASH's HACKTOOL or DESCTOP MANAGER...thats the only proggies downloaded that day..btw, thanks for the dummy tip ccsdude, sounds like a good idea!
you can do the dummy way which i dunno why since you dont have too or you could go to add/remove programs and uninstall it..
Some spyware/ad servers are tricky an don't mention there installed or even have add/remove features. Some even stay after you remove the host program. www.grc.com has the scoop on all the old ass versions of spyware (one of the first to tackle the issue). There are some good link's there for newbies to the world of evil spyware.

I would also give Spybot - Search & Destroy a try. It has found a lot of stuff Ad-Aware didn't on my system in the past.

Thats a good idea, I just tried it for the first time, and it found a lot that the others missed.Originally posted by Elistas

I reccomended it to a friend of mine, thinkig that he knew enough to check what it found before deleting (he has the knowledge to do so but is just to trusting I guess). anyways, he justdeleted all without checking what was in the list and of course he needed many of the files to run his machine. so Im saying, just check the list first...but they have updated since then so it might be more sselective now.

Exactly, some spyware likes to over write system files without telling you. So once there gone the system file that has been over written doesn't get the command to do what it normally does an ends up just totally knocking your PC on it's knees. Best way to deal with spyware is to check reviews on all software you DL. Most of the negative reviews are always dead on (unless they sound like they've been written by a troll with no real experience).
