Aye My Ipod Click Wheel isnt working well what do i do
http://blog.davidkaspar.com/archives...ot-working.phpThis is a reported iPod bug and the common fix is to reset it. With this 40Gb, 4th generation model you flip the hold button to on and back to off. Following that you push and hold play and menu buttons simultaneously... and pray.
Maybe that'll help a little?

I work at Best Buy and all I can say is I hope you bought some kind of service plan for your iPod. It seems like something is always going wrong with the iPods. I know I had the iPod mini and mine broke too. But I work at Best Buy so I got a discount on the service plan :-) Just brought it back and exchanged it for the Nano.
Anyways, the service plan is always worth it on iPods because Best Buy will replace the battery under your service plan and those batteries don't last that long. So if you got a service plan I'd bring it back to wherever you got it from.
If you didn't get one, well then I guess it's something to think about on your next iPod purchase.
CrashPeer, that's the least productive comment in a help thread I've seen in a while.

My experience with harddrive players hasnt been all that good. I would recommend waiting a while before buying them sine the batteries are all crap. That my opinion anyway.

I think I'll change your statement to... Don't waste your money on a service plan that you have to pay for. If you have a credit card that is worth anything, it'll automatically give you an additional year of protection on anything you buy, and you should take advantage of it.
I have Amex Blue for Students and it not only "doubles" the manufacturers warranty for up to an additional year, but it gives 90 days of accident, theft, and loss protection to all products I buy.
