Mp3tag Action command question?

I use Mp3tag all the time with my MP3s, mainly to clear up clutter (comments and such) and to convert the titles to Sentence (annoying habit)

Anyway, I'm looking for the Action command that will allow me to change the first and second part of a title in between the dash - to Sentence. Like this...

The title would be "Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Under The Bridge" to "Red hot chilli peppers - Under the bridge"



I've got every Action set up perfectly and this one is bugging me since I'm DLing a lot of compilation albums with the titles such formatted.
