    what p2p program would everyone recomend as the number 1

    that is really a matter of choice. It also depends on what you are looking for. I prefer frostwire and shareaza.

    As pimpinaman said its different for almost everyone. I prefer uTorrent (BT).

    If you want easy, fakes, virus, you go with any p2p app.. If you want fast, secure and not so easy, you go with usenet, if you want fast as well as simplicity.. You go with BitTorrent, if you want safer then open torrent sites as well as faster and very simple you would go with private torrent sites.

    Of all the P2P applications I have tried I still find the Bittorrent protocol the best and most reliable one. I have used BitComet for the last few years with excellent results . The second best option still remains EMule. I have used most of the other existing P2P applications at various times and none of them are worth wasting time and effort on .:drunken_s
