Connecting and Downloading In a Dorm!

I'm currently at college and the network people love to do all sorts of crappy stuff like putting up firewalls and limiting bandwidth like crazy. Anyone know what p2p programs work best for getting past bandwidth limiting thingies (yes, that is the technical term :;) ) Thanks! Feel free to send me an email if you have an answer!

Hmmm. for the firewalls, the only thing that works for me here is kazaalite v 2. So u have to go to options >> firewall >> change the 1214 port to 7000 or 8000 or 9000, basically you have to experience ports from 5000 and above (which gives u the fastest connection). It takes anywhere from 1 to 2-3-4 minutes to connect so be patient. Dunno if that hellps.
