Restart the computer and when it's loading up, keep tapping the F8 key until the OS selection menu loads up.

No I am talking about the OS choice menu, when you restart you computer, before you see the Windows XP loading screen keep tapping F8 or when in Windows, go to My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Settings > Time to display list of operating systems and select it for how many seconds you wish.

you could also go start run msconfig

Then you can edit the boot.ini manually, search google for the proper way to format it.

Yes, I do actually. Get a copy of this program called Acronis OS Selector. I use it all the time and it's easy to use.

This is how it looks at the start up, before the computer actually loads into Windows. It will find all OS's installed...

It's easily disabled with a default boot selection and easily reenabled. Google Acronis OS Selector, you can make it full if you look properly.

Yeah, you can get a free version but if you "look" for "serials" you can find them.

I think this is not solving your problem because instead of having two OSs installed ON THE SAME DRIVE, you have them installed on seperate drives. So from what I think, the logical place to choose where to boot to on your computer would be through your BIOS settings, in the bootable drive menu. I dont think youre getting a menu because each OS doesnt know that the other exists. I could be wrong about this however, although you can try going to you BIOS settings and seeing if your bootable drive is set to D first instead of C.
