Will there ever be?

I'm a content provider(if you will)and I have a big problem. Whenever I rip a show,dvd,etc. I make that file the only file I share as soon as it airs(or comes out on dvd). The reason I do this is so it will spread faster thus making it easier for all to download. My problem,however,is that some people are abusing my bandwidth,i.e. they download the same file 5 times or they IM me bitching about my bandwidth or my method or quality or so on. I would like to be able to kick these offensive,non-gratious dick weeds out of my queue but It's impossible to do. They always come back. I only allow 4 uploads at a time so everyone gets a decent bandwidth but then there's the problem with the people not sharing. Now, I know of Kazaa Kontrol but it has no use for me and these problems. Does anyone know of a way (thats not too technically intimidating) or a program where I can keep these morons off my kazaa at least until the file gets circulated enough to the people who do share? If i can accomplish this it may even benefit the leechers. Any advice would be appreciated.
