ok it was real bad at the time just curious did u suffer?

ok back in sept i got a bad cold it sucked major but
i ended up having to go to doctor twice.
first time my throat hurt, and i lost my voice.
my throat also was swollen too.
did any of u guys suffer with something as bad as this?
*it affected my breathing immensely and i felt like i was going to die*
i couldnt sleep at all

Yeah I got it really bad too last month and so did everyone in my house. Pretty disgusting stuff I tell ya.

I've been sick a little more than normal in the past few months, but I attribute it to the fact that I am living in close proximity to roughly 3000 people from all over the state and even the country...

hell, I got badly sick for the first time in years in september. I blame the aliens!

Got it back in November, felt like shit for 9 days then once I felt better I lost my voice for 5 days.

I had a buddy that got some sort of infection in his tonsils or something. Pretty much, he was having trouble breathing because that area swelled with puss and he was pretty much gonna suffocate. So they called in some dude last minute to perform a method, which pretty much involved my buddy looking up, keeping his mouth open, while the guy drained the puss with the longest syringe and needle he has ever seen. He said it was the most painful thing he ever felt in his life.

I get sick once a year like clock work it usually lasts for a week or so and then im fine.

dam that is fuked up man
glad he is better

during that time in september when i was sick i felt like i was going to die my throat closed etc.
i ended up in emergency overnight and then came home
they ended up giving me something that made it worst

i had so much phelm luckily i saw the doctor afterwards *walk in appointment because it was so bad*
got antibiotics and something else called benzonate to help alleviate the coughing i could not sleep at all man

horrible i rather have flu throw up
but once it affects my breathing that is bad and being asthmatic is worster as well for me
end of story i am better
i take this thing called flonase to help alleviate the nasal drip and rhinitis twice a day

*on a side note there is this thing called a tractemtoria or something where they would puncture a hole in someones throat in an emergency if they cant breathe *spelled word wrong tho

*now i got my flu shot a week ago*
odd thing is i never had this thing as bad i had like bronchitis and that hurt my chest and i didnt mind that but the breathing once again is the worst experience i have had when i had this thing
i dunno what the hell it was but i dont ever want that again

it was also a very scary experience too
i was so exhausted but what can one do when your throat etc swells up..
me screams at thought of it again

I got teh bird flu, not as bad as SARS or anthrax but it did suck

i even died from it but someone in my party was able to rez and cure me so i'm better now.
