    BitComet making my computer sluggish

BItComet0.60 has made my comuter sluggish. Anyone else have that?

IS there another BT client that allows one to select files from a torrent rather than just the whole torrent?

No need for the double threads.

Azureus is a great BT client which allows you to select which files you want, as well as uTorrent.

uTorrent has quickly became my favorite bittorrent client.

Unless you are the following people, I do not particularly wish to associate with you:
    Krell, HelenaP, mountain_rage, mfgbypooter, Mels_Smileys45, excrement_cranium.
That's it for now. This list will be updated whenever I feel like it.

When I have a lot of active torrents open in BitComet, other programs get sluggish. Thunderbird, for example, sometimes takes up to a minute to display a message. This behaviour goes away when I close BitComet (at least it seems to be BitComet that is the culprit).

I have tried Azereus and uTorrent and like them, but neither seems to be as easy as BC for selecting which files you want out of a large torrent. Am I missing something?

As for BHT(?), will disabling this make a difference? Do I need it for anything?
