Nice find for the idots who bought it now.

The thing is, you shouldn't have to fix problems with state of the art expensive technology with some STRING!

Agreed. One of the reasons that consoles exist is so that all you need to do is plug them in and play away. There is no way its worth spending all that money just to be busy finding out how to cool the damn thing.

YAh I know, its frickin hilarious, check out the pics on the link, its like you have to take apart this pretty creation that millions of dollars went into to design, anad here you have to take it apart and prop up with string and cardboard to get it to work.......one suggestion is taking off the top and craming a sock into it to separate and cool the engine, so now you got this big tube sock hanging out the top, funny shit man........

After getting burned with both PS2 and xBox launch day consoles, I finally learned my lesson.

I remember the day when the kid at Gamestop asked me if I wanted to reserve a 360... I almost did.

Good thing I walked out of there with nothing but Tekken 5 and a smile.

This launch is in microsofts grand designs.. If these problems poped up during launch of ps3 and xbox360.. xbox would lose alot more money. They have to get these bugs and design flaws fixed before the ps3 hits the streets.. Yet ps3 is learning by xbox mistakes and probably cleaning it up right now.

If you only HAD reserved it......you could have sold it on ebay for $600 profit.

Damned if you do, Damned if you don't.

Funny how all the people who don't have the 360 are the ones badmouthing it. Since I have a 360 I think it would be more than fair to give an ubiased review. First of all the overheating is only on a small percentage of consoles and Microsoft is taking care of it so not every "idiot" who buys a 360 has this problem. I have enjoyed my xbox 360 beyond imagination and woulden't badmouth it for a second. But to every person his own.

I'm not bad mouthing the 360 at all, the machine on paper is incredible. I just believe that it's ridiculous buying the thing straight up when in months to come you will able to get it SO much cheaper with more games and best of all, no ques.

And c'mon, you got to admit, you shouldn't have to fix problems on an masterpiece like the 360 with some string.
