Burned .bin & .cue to CD. Now what?

The program I'm trying to install has two cd (cd1, cd2), both of which have two files, a .bin and a .cue. Per the instructions below I burned the .bin and .cue files to a CD via Nero. Fine, it worked. However, there are no setup.exe or install.exe files, so how do I install and/or use the program?

    CD Image Files

    .bin and .cue

These are your standard images of a CD, and are used quite alot these days. To open them you have a couple options.

You can burn them using Nero , FireBurner or Alcohol 120%, but this proves to be soooooooo problematic for a lot of people.

You can also use Daemon Tools, which lets you mount the image to a "virtual cd-rom", so basically it tricks your computer into thinking that you have another cd-rom and that you're putting a cd with your image file on it into this virtual cd-rom, it's great cuz you'll never make a bad cd again.

Alcohol 120% also sports a virtual cd-rom feature. Finally, if you're still struggling to access the files contained within any given image file you can use CDMage to extract the files and then burn them, or just access them from your hard drive.

You can also use VCDGear to extract the mpeg contents of a SVCD or VCD image file such as bin/cue.

Did you burn the cd by selecting burn image, i think maybe you just burnt a data cd and added the files which is incorrect. Your best option is to just mount the images by using daemon tools. You can mount the .bin files without burning a cd.

Burn the cds, since its two disk and may have to insert both back and fourth.. Depending if its a movie or svcd. Burn it to cd. then load the cd in your puter, and then play it.

I think what you did was actually throw the cue and bin ON to a cd and burn, this is incorrect.

If you look at Nero's menu options under File or recorder (dont remember) you will see "Burn Image"
select this and then find the cue and click on it.

As long as the Bin is in the same folder it will burn a functioning disk

Yup. I think you just burned the disc as a DATA disc, which is wrong.

.bin and .cue are disc IMAGES, or exact copies, of another disc.

    Choose the burn image option.
