Emule question, deleting name search history.

I have recently started using emule and yes I have read several FAQs regarding its use.

My apologies in advance for the lack of proper terms. In the `search' screen you type in the name of the thing you are searching for in the `Name' field and when you click on the arrow adjacent to this field a list of names that you have previously entered drops down.

How do you delete this list and is there a way of permanently reducing the number of names kept??

I think it might have something to do with the preference.ini file but would not like to touch this until I have more information.

i believe deleting emule/config/AC_SearchStrings.dat (also in the backup folders if your mule does that)
will do that

Disbale the auto completion feature in eMules preferences. ;)
