Need Help with WinMx fix

I downloaded (or at least I think I did) the WinMx fix, but still cannot get onto the site. It's also giving me a SOCKS error now.
Is anyone available to help me out?

Did you read the threads related to that fix? There's only about 47 of them, including step by step instructions, you go read them first.
