Dbpoweramp is what I think to be the best converter. Take codec plugins so you can convert anything to anything.

dont convert anything else to mp3 besides flac or wav.. Re-encoding is always bad.

Just use daemon tools to mount the file first. Then use your desired cd ripper to rip mp3's

So the .cue sheet links to the .bin file. Well, you can also have a .cue sheet that links to one mp3 file and when u burn those two files, u get an audio CD as a result but with individual tracks. Well, if you have CD-DA Extractor File Converter for example, you can just tell it to view the .cue sheet, and then click convert and you have the individual tracks of an audio cd. So you dont have to mount the image and then extract. It just uses a cue sheet to split the .mp3 file to the track lengths.
