The No Doubt singer will be recognized for that numerical milestone with a certification that will be presented to her when she performs Oct. 21 at the Hollywood Bowl, her manager said.

I wish the RIAA woudl realize that the .99 price point is fair for singles. I just don't understand them. If it wasn't .99 I'm sure 1 million downloads would be a near impossible task to complete.
