I've already downloaded the file. And i'm 1/3 way of seeding but then it stops and keeps on checking existing data and is unable to continue seeding. Please help I want to contribute back to the community.
what bt client do you have??? I suggest you upgrade it which will reinstall it or switch to another client. ABC is pretty well over all.
i'm using abc 3.01b. should i reinstalll it?
just delete the torrent but not the data and clear it out of abc. Redownload the torrent file and load it into abc. Should check and start seeding.

Still doesn't work. I hope this doesn't work on the next season I work on. the files about 5.89 GB and i've seeded 3.X GB so far and now i can't seed no more because of this "checking existing data" problem. dang it.
Im using abc 3.01.. not the b of it.. You may or should go back to the previous version and try again. I hate for you to switch bt programs. I do like abc.
I'm here to resolve this thread not revive it --- I switched to BC which I think is better in some ways, in particular it solved my problem. Thank you and please close this thread. Thanks ya'll for your help.:icon_thum
Id try AZUREUS, but hey everyones got their preferences................
1) DEFRAG
2) Dont try to share back too much at once, it bogs down all clients

Why not try install the latest Java and make sure your CPU isn't fugged up with loads of programs.

All Java installs do not work. I dun think the CPU is fugged up with loads of programs but here's a raw list of all programs i have. correct me if i'm wrong I don't think none of them is actually affecting my java or azuerus installations problems.Originally Posted by Auggie2k

does it return an error message on install or what?
Do you send yer torrents to yer desktop along with the torrent file? Or do u just click on the torrent and let the temp cache it. Make sure u save the torrent and the folder on yer desktop that way they r both together. If it still isnt working then i suggest u to inform yer admin on the torrent site and tell them about it. If they dont care then find a different torrent site.
Yes it gives me the notorious 1722 error which everyone online seems to avoid troubleshooting. Java offers a solution but that doesn't work either.Originally Posted by gorphon
