No cue sheet for long mp3 dance music

Im kind of tired of downloading dance music with no cue sheets. I download rar files and unpack it... and it will have a 100 meg mp3 file, no cue, a nfo file, m3u that loads only the one mp3 track.. I hate burning it to straight cd and not having tracks in it. Is there away to make a cue sheet? I looked over google, maybe i put in the wrong search phrase. Any ideas? Some dance music comes with que sheets which burns nicely.

You can use free Audacity to cut them into tracks then burn them to CDs!

yeah but i have no idea when the song ends.. its pretty much combined to where there is a glimpse of a pause and no time listed on how long each song is.

Well then you'll have to guess: most scene releases have a cue now a days.
It sucks when there's not one though

Dance/trance is prettty hard to guess unless there is a bit of a pause or its just completely different turn around 1/4 second from another. I use mp3 cutter to detect pause, and it couldnt detect .3 of a second.
