New Rep Power Feature

Ok, so i think we need this new rep power feature where when people give out rep points, it tells you who gave them to you automatically, because some people are so snidy that when they give out good rep they ALWAYS make sure they say who they are, whenever its bad, its always anonymous.

atleast 90% of the time, most people do not sign when they give negative rep and thats just dumb.

exactly, which is why i've not once complained in makin a thread or to any of the admins/mods when i get anonymous rep coz it dont bother me, but for stupid things it does ...

The mods know who gives rep, good and bad, like Santa.

The new rule is that NO one is allowed to neg rep anonymously and without good cause

If you get a neg rep, PM a mod and wait for them to research and handle it

Although if there was NO anonymity a lot of that chickenshit neg rep would cease.

I agree. Though i wouldn't go to a mod and tell them someone gave me neg rep, because i've got lots of neg rep where i dont know who gave it, doesn't bother me, but would be nice to see who gave it, even good rep ... i got lots of that where i dont know who gave it ...

The solution is simple.

Wipe out all the rep and start over to where only good rep can be given.

it doesnt matter if you get bad rep and you think its flaming tell a mod otherwise live with the fact that someone didnt like it.

i sometimes give anonymous good rep just because i dont want them to think that they have to come back and scratch my back and give me rep.

This rep crap needs to go back to the older system where people could actually _have_ negative rep before "fixing" the problem of anonymous negative rep. It seems like you can have all the negative in the world and one positive wipes it out.
